Turbo Jet ATS - Auto Tint Sprayer Turbo Jet ATS eliminates the constant pumping, filling, carrying, and repairing of manual sprayers! You and your crew spend more time tinting. The system holds 25 gallons, so depending on usage, you can operate for days without refilling.  And, Turbo Jet fills easily- without interuption of service. It provides exactly the right pressure even when using both nozzles simultaneously. Designed for stationary use, Turbo Jet ATS comes with two 30 foot hoses- enough to drop from the ceiling on both sides of a vehicle. Additional hose available if needed. 
Turbo Jet FGS - Flat Glass Sprayer Turbo Jet FGS is similar to the ATS, but designed for large scale commercial/residential tinting. If you do big jobs, this system is for you. Smaller and easy to move, the FGS takes the place of those 2.5 gallon bug & garden sprayers. This sprayer holds 5 gallons & commercial quality casters make this system fully mobile. The FGS is equiped with two twelve foot hoses; put the Turbo Jet in a central location and you can reach more windows with less down time. Like the ATS unit, two men work with one sprayer that never needs pumping! Order a fifty-foot coil of accessory hose for high access jobs.
Turbo Jet Sprayer systems are manufactured using the highest quality components available. Designed to provide years of daily use, each power sprayer is equipped with:
- 25 gallon (ATS) and 5 gallon (FGS) rotational molded polyethylene tanks with gallon indicators on side walls. The cover has a ball check valve, and the tank is ribbed for extra strength. The ATS ends have a recessed area so the hoses and nozzles stay put once wrapped.
- Duplex diaphragm demand pump delivers 60 PSI of working pressure. Automatic demand control operates pump only when spraying, it stops instantly when spraying stops, preserving pump life. Pump can run indefinitely without damage. Plugs into any standard outlet. No priming, lubrication, or maintenance required. Solution is filtered at intake.
- Two 30 foot (Standard) cut and kink resistance high PSI hoses provided. Durable, highly flexible hoses are mounted overhead avoiding tangles and keeping floor space clear, (see shop photo). Hoses drop from ceiling on either side of vehicle. Note: Turbo Jet FGS - two 12 foot hoses are provided.
- Two fan spray nozzles designed for quick spray coverage and flushing. Nozzles have built in filters and both can spray simultaneously without pressure drop.
